Refund policy

zenvoracolife accepts returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products.

Return and Exchange Window

A return or exchange request is accepted within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Product Condition

Returns and exchanges are accepted for:

  • New products

  • Opened products

  • Slightly used products

  • Defective products

  • Products damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect products received

Products damaged through misuse or showing use beyond slight use are not accepted.

Return Process

Please contact support@zenvoracolife.com and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos for a defective, damaged, or incorrect product

Customer service sends the return instructions and a prepaid FedEx return label. Please send the product using the provided label.

Return Costs

CUTLERY SET PRO LLC covers all return costs.

Customers pay:

  • No return shipping fee

  • No return handling fee

  • No restocking fee

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

The customer receives the refund within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Exchanges

A product is exchanged for the same product or another product listed as in stock on zenvoracolife.

Please include the requested replacement product when contacting customer service.

CUTLERY SET PRO LLC covers the return shipping and replacement shipping costs. There is no exchange handling fee or restocking fee.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer pays the price difference. If the replacement product costs less, the difference is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

After the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement order is processed and shipped by FedEx.
